 How it works

1. Order and enter your current Reelplay box ID, in the box above Add to Cart.
2. We pair it with your main device.
3. Plug in and watch in any room with an internet connection.

 Good to know

• One household, one subscription. You can add up to 5 Multiroom boxes to the same household’s subscription. A valid Reelplay device with an active subscription is required.
• Best performance: place the box within about 4–6 metres of your Wi-Fi router. It won’t boost your router’s signal, but it’s designed for a strong, steady connection.
• Device only. This is the box and accessories, not a new subscription.

 What you need

A Reelplay device with an active subscription, an internet connection of at least 2 Mbps, a TV or monitor with HDMI or AV input, and 2 × AAA batteries for the remote.

Do I need another subscription?
No. Your Multiroom box pairs with your existing one.

What if I don’t have a Reelplay box yet?
You’ll need one first. See our Starter Packs and packages.

Can I watch different channels in different rooms?
Yes.

What if my box has a problem?
Every Reelplay box comes with a 1-year hardware warranty. If it stops working because of a hardware defect, we’ll fix or replace it for free. The warranty doesn’t cover the remote or accessories, or damage from power surges, heat, mishandling or spills.
