What you need
An internet connection of at least 2 Mbps, a TV or monitor with HDMI or AV input, and 2 × AAA batteries for the remote.
1-year warranty
If your box stops working because of a hardware defect, we’ll fix or replace it for free. The warranty doesn’t cover the remote or accessories, or damage from power surges, heat, mishandling or spills.

Is there a monthly fee?
No. Your first 24 months of Arabic service are included in the price.
Do I need a dish or an installer?
No. You only need an internet connection of at least 2 Mbps and a TV or monitor with HDMI or AV input. Plug it in and you’re ready to go.
Can I watch a show I missed?
Yes. With Reeltime you can rewind and watch programs for up to 7 days after they aired.
Will it work where I live?
Yes. Reelplay works anywhere with a good internet connection, including Australia, Canada and beyond.
How do I renew after 24 months?

What if my box has a problem?
Every Reelplay box comes with a 1-year hardware warranty. If it stops working because of a hardware defect, we’ll fix or replace it for free.
