Shipping Information

Reelplay ships products to most destinations worldwide. Please note that shipping restrictions may apply to certain countries or regions due to product or regulatory limitations. Additionally, some international orders may incur customs duties, VAT, or import taxes—these charges are the responsibility of the customer and may vary by country.

Once your order is placed, we will provide an estimated shipping and delivery timeframe based on product availability and your selected shipping method. Shipping timeframes may vary depending on the carrier and location.

Our shipping rates are calculated based on weight. Each item's weight is listed on its product detail page. In line with shipping carrier policies, all weights are rounded up to the nearest full kilogram.

Payment Information

We accept all major credit cards. Please be aware that depending on your country and card issuer, your bank may apply additional charges such as foreign transaction fees. These are not charged by Reelplay and are the responsibility of the cardholder.

Warranty Policy

All Reelplay TV boxes come with a one-year hardware warranty. If your device experiences a hardware malfunction within this period (not caused by misuse), we will repair or replace it free of charge.

Please note: The warranty does not cover the following: 

  • Remote controls or accessories.
  • Damage caused by power surges, overheating, liquid spills, or improper handling.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unused, and unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a refund. Please be aware that a 50% restocking fee will apply to returned items.

We will cover return shipping costs only if the return is due to our error (e.g., you received the wrong item or a defective product).

Important: Subscription fees and service time (TV access or renewal plans) are non-refundable.

Once your return is received, refunds are typically processed within 4 weeks. This includes:

  • 5–10 business days for the return transit.
  • 3–5 business days for processing upon receipt.
  • 5–10 business days for your bank to complete the refund transaction.

How to Initiate a Return

To return an item, please contact us via email or call our Help Desk. Be sure to include your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the return. Once your return is approved, we will provide further instructions and notify you when the refund has been processed.
