How to Choose an Arabic, Greek or Italian TV Package in Australia
Choosing a TV package starts with two questions: which language do you want to watch, and do you already own a Reelplay box?
New customers need a package that includes a TV box and service. Existing customers with a compatible device may only need a subscription renewal. If you want to watch in another room, a Multiroom device may suit your existing household subscription.
Choose your TV language
Reelplay offers Arabic, Greek and Italian TV packages. Check the current channel selection before ordering, especially if you want a particular channel or programme.

Starter pack or longer subscription package?
A starter pack includes a Reelplay HD-220ac TV box and three months of service for eligible new customers. The introductory offer is limited to one per customer or household, subject to the package conditions.
A longer package includes the box and 12 months of service. Arabic customers can also choose a package with 24 months of service included.
Compare the current purchase price, included service period and renewal price before deciding. A lower upfront price does not necessarily mean a lower total cost over the period you plan to watch.
What equipment is included?
The Reelplay HD-220ac packages include the TV box, remote control, power supply, HDMI cable and Quick Start Guide.
You need a compatible television, an internet connection of at least 2Mbps and two AAA batteries for the remote. A satellite dish is not required. Check the individual package details before purchasing.
Already have a Reelplay box?
If your compatible box works and you want to extend your existing service, check the renewal options before buying another device.
Activation codes renew a subscription on an existing compatible box. They do not include a new TV box. Match the language, device model and service duration to your current service.
You can renew directly from your Reelplay box or browse TV subscription renewals. Online activation codes are delivered by email.
Want to watch in another room?
A Reelplay Multiroom device lets customers with an active subscription watch different channels in different rooms within the same household, without an additional subscription.
The Multiroom box must be paired with your existing main device. It is an additional device for an existing service, rather than a replacement for a new-customer package.

Check your internet connection
You can connect your box using Wi-Fi or Ethernet. Where Wi-Fi coverage is weak, a wired Ethernet connection or a suitable powerline adapter kit may be useful.

Compare the full cost
Before ordering, check:
- The equipment included in the purchase.
- How many months of TV service are included.
- Whether you qualify for the introductory offer.
- The current renewal price after the included service ends.
- Whether you need additional equipment for another room.
