Why a powerline kit?
Wi-Fi can be unreliable in a far-off room. The included Netcomm NP511 powerline twin pack carries the internet connection through your home’s power wiring. Plug one adapter in next to your router and the other next to your Multiroom box, then connect each with an Ethernet cable. There’s no new cabling to run.
How it works
- Order and enter your current Reelplay box ID, in the box above Add to Cart.
- We pair it with your main device.
- Plug in the powerline adapters, connect the box and watch in any room.
Good to know
- One household, one subscription. You can add up to 5 Multiroom boxes to the same household’s subscription. A valid Reelplay device with an active subscription is required.
- Powerline details: Netcomm NP511 with AC pass-through, up to 500 Mbps over powerline, up to 300 m range and 128-bit AES encryption. The AC pass-through socket means you don’t lose a power point.
- Without a powerline kit, place the box within about 4–6 metres of your Wi-Fi router for best performance.

What you need

Do I need another subscription?
No. Your Multiroom box pairs with your existing one.
What if I don’t have a Reelplay box yet?
You’ll need one first. See our Starter Packs and packages.
Can I watch different channels in different rooms?
Yes.
What if my box has a problem?
Every Reelplay box comes with a 1-year hardware warranty. If it stops working because of a hardware defect, we’ll fix or replace it for free. The warranty doesn’t cover the remote or accessories, or damage from power surges, heat, mishandling or spills.
